Fenwood Estates is a well-established award-winning land and development company that builds thoughtfully designed, sustainable new homes. Simdure were commissioned to provide Fenwood Estates with a brand refresh that included the refinement of Fenwood’s chevron brandmark, updated typography and the addition of an expanded colour palette.
Existing brand equity was retained, with the Fenwood Estates chevron brandmark recreated and refined, which was further developed into a repeated brand pattern to ensure that the most striking element of the Fenwood Estates brand identity was maximised to its full potential as a visual asset in its own right. This was deployed across various marketing and promotional materials as a graphic element that interacts with imagery.
