Fenwood Estates are a well-established award-winning land and development company that builds thoughtfully designed, sustainable new homes. Simdure were commissioned to provide Fenwood Estates with a brand refresh that included the addition of refreshed typography and an expanded colour palette.
Existing brand equity was retained, with the Fenwood Estates chevrons being recreated and developed into a repeated brand pattern to ensure that the most striking element of the Fenwood Estates brand identity was maximised to its full potential as a graphic element in its own right. This was further deployed across marketing and promotional materials as a graphic element that interacts with imagery.
